What are Essential Oils?

Some general guidelines will be as follows and will move to the specific pages for more in depth info!

Smaller animals like your dogs and cats, you can apply 3 to 5 drops of diluted oil mixtures for each application. and for a larger dog, you can apply 3 to 5 drops Neat, which means you don't need to dilute the oil with a Good Organic Oil such as Olive or Sesame oil.

For Large animals such as Horses and Cattle. Use 20-30 drops for each application Neat (non-diluted)

LEMON-ORANGE SHRIMP KABOBS Recipe

1/3 c olive oil

2 Tbsp. whole-grain Dijon mustard

3-4 cloves garlic, minced

4 drops Young Living lemon oil

4 drops Young Living orange oil

1 drop Young Living basil oil

30-40 medium shrimp

Olive oil cooking spray

Mix olive oil, mustard, garlic, and essential oils in glass bowl. Set aside. Thoroughly wash shrimp (ensure shrimp is de-veined and shelled) and place in marinade. Coat shrimp well and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Thread 3-4 shrimp onto skewers. While grill is off, spray with olive oil cooking spray then grill shrimp for 3-5 minutes or until pink. Turn kabobs once to ensure even cooking. Add to salad, serve with rice!

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

4 medium size red potatoes, unpeeled, diced

1 heaping tsp. pre-roasted garlic

1 Tbsp. McKay's Chicken style instant Broth and Seasoning, granulated

1/2 tsp. Flower of the Ocean Celtic Sea Salt

1/4 to 1/3 buttermilk

1/2 tsp. JuvaSpice

1 tsp. parsley

Put potatoes, roasted garlic, broth granules, JuvaSpice in saucepan with enough water to cover potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender. Mash potatoes and add buttermilk to moisten, then add parsley and salt. Serve hot with a pat of organic butter.
